We are good and moral humans who do not accept money for reviews. DO NOT SCHEDULE YOUR WEDDING IN THIS LOCATION unless you have a family as amazing as mine that took care of all the odds-n-ends the day of my wedding and many of the days leading up to it.When you buy something using the links in our articles, we may earn a small commission. The cleaning service did not come into the bridal suite the morning of the wedding until we CALLED TO REQUEST them to clean the room. They were unprofessional and irresponsible the entire planning process - not returning phone calls or emails, not answering questions, etc. The hotel told my sister (my maid of honor AND wedding planner) that the priority did not go to our wedding, it was for the other guests at the hotel - regardless of the fact that I paid $10k just to have a 50 guest wedding.

My guests had to set up the reception (tables, etc) because the hotel claimed not to have enough staff. The "planner" came dressed in jeans and did not ONCE address me OR my husband or wish us well the entire day. We paid for OPEN BAR and they not only refused guests the liquor, claiming it was beer & wine only, but they had ONE bartender that catered FIRST to other guests and THEN to mine (all my guests were booked in the hotel). They refused to open the outdoor bar (the reception was OUTSIDE). They wanted my guests to wear WRISTBANDS.

They didn't even serve coffee & tea at dessert (and this was specifically asked about). They messed up venue, food & room payment multiple times. The ONLY redeeming quality of this venue was the location. I was shocked on my wedding day by the discourteous behavior of the onsite planner and guest services.
